How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit & debit cards and those supported methods on PayPal and Stripe. For more detail, please check out here.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged before we ship out your order.
Do I need to have a credit card to pay via PayPal?
No. You could make payments on PayPal without a credit or debit card. However, you will need to create a PayPal account and link your bank account to it. Then, you can transfer money from your bank account to your PayPal account and use the balance from there. In this way, PayPal functions similar to a debit card. It withdraws money directly from your bank account to make the payment. This transaction usually takes one business day to complete.
I can't pay with my card. What should I do?
If you receive an error message related to credit card or debit card authorization failure, it is recommended to verify that the billing address on the card aligns with your account billing address. Please re-enter your security code and expiry date, ensuring accuracy.
Additionally, confirm the current and valid status of your card, and verify that the credit limit or balance is sufficient for the intended purchase.
If the issue persists even after thorough validation, we recommend reaching out to us or contacting your financial institution for further assistance.
My card was charged, but I don't think my order went through. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include: the email address used to place the order, order date and time, order value, and payment method. We will be able to resolve the issue once we have this info.
What currencies are accepted?
All of our prices are based in United States Dollars (USD). We also accept other currencies such as AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, MYR, and SGD. The transaction amount will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the transaction date. You will know the payment amount on the checkout page. For more details, please check here.
How do I change the display currency setting?
You may change the display currency in the bottom right of the page.
Will I be charged any additional fees?
We will only charge the currency you have chosen and the total amount shown in checkout page. It is important to note that potential foreign transaction fees may be applied in accordance with your bank's policies. Make sure to check your bank's transaction fee policies as you will be responsible for these fees.
Are there any taxes associated with my purchase?
We do not charge any taxes. However, international packages may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are applicable upon the arrival of the shipped goods at the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. Please contact your customs authority or postal office for detailed information.
