- your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;

Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on the site are in United States Dollar ("USD") and do not include tariffs, duties, taxes, VAT or any other possible fees. We also accept other currencies such as AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, MYR, and SGD. Other currencies are listed for reference purposes only.

Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect orders made prior to the date of the change.

Order Confirmation, Modifications & Cancellations

Once the checkout has been completed, you will be redirected to order confirmation page. An email confirmation also will be sent to your email address.

Once the order has been confirmed, the item(s) will be processed, packed and shipped out, it will not be possible to modify or cancel your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Order modification and cancellation can only be made before the order has been shipped. We will not accept any modification or cancellation requests after the order has been shipped.

Order cancellation is free of charge within 24 hours from placing the order. You could still cancel the order with a cancellation fee (up to 10% of order total), provided it has not yet been shipped.

Shipping and Customs Duties

We ship worldwide from Japan via Japan Post. Upon arrival in your destination country, the package will be handled by the local postal service

We offer several shipping options, all of which include tracking. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that customs clearance times may affect delivery schedules.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached.

Return Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the return package until it is received by us. We strongly recommend using a registered and traceable service for returns and retaining all posting receipts to facilitate any necessary claims for damage or loss.

Import Taxes on Returned Goods: If we are charged import taxes on returned items, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund. To minimize this risk, please mark the package as "Returned Goods."

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

Shipping Costs: Both the original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free Shipping Adjustments: If your original order qualified for free shipping and a return causes the remaining order total to fall below the minimum free shipping requirement, the actual shipping cost from the original order will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and must be made within 180 days from the transaction date.
