Accounts

Failure to provide such accurate, complete, and current information constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of the User's account.

The User is solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of the password used to access the Service and for all activities or actions conducted under their password, regardless of whether the password is associated with our Service or a third-party service.

The User agrees not to disclose their password to any third party. The User must notify our Company immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of their account.

Product Representation

The colors of actual products may vary slightly from the images displayed on the Site due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings. Our Company endeavors to display the colors as accurately as possible.

Ordering and Acceptance

To place an order, the User must provide a valid email address and configure their browser to accept cookies to fully utilize the Service, including adding items to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.

Our Company reserves the right to refuse any order placed through the Site for any reason whatsoever. We also reserve the right to cancel any accepted order in, but not limited to, the following situations, without incurring any liability for damages or costs:

- The product is no longer available (any payments received will be refunded in full);
- The billing information provided by the User is incorrect or unverifiable;
- The order is flagged by our security systems as unusual or potentially fraudulent;
- A material error occurred in the product's pricing;
- Delivery to the address provided by the User is not feasible.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in United States Dollars ("USD"). However, we also accept payments in the following currencies: Australian Dollars (AUD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), Japanese Yen (JPY), Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and Singapore Dollars (SGD). When you select one of these currencies for payment, the transaction will be processed directly in that currency.

Please note that prices displayed on the Site do not include tariffs, duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or any other potential fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the User as detailed in Shipping and International Delivery Section

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders placed prior to the effective date of the price alteration.

Order Confirmation, Modifications, and Cancellations

Upon successful completion of the checkout process, the User will be redirected to an order confirmation page, and an email confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.

Once an order has been confirmed, processed, packed, and dispatched, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order.

Users wishing to modify or cancel an order must contact our Company as soon as possible. Order modifications and cancellations can only be made before the order has been shipped. Our Company will not accept any modification or cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched.

Order cancellation is free of charge if requested within 24 hours from the time of order placement. After this 24-hour window, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order total, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

For orders that include pre-order items, cancellations are strictly limited to within 24 hours of order placement. After this 24-hour period, cancellations for pre-order items will not be permitted.

Shipping and International Delivery

Our Company ships products worldwide from Japan primarily via Japan Post. Upon arrival in the destination country, the package will typically be handled by the local postal service or a designated courier.

We offer several shipping options, all of which include tracking number. Tracking number will be provided to the User via email upon dispatch of the order.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the User's location and the chosen shipping method. Users acknowledge that customs clearance procedures may impact delivery schedules.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), tariffs, and/or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the User and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Such charges, if applicable, are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are payable by the User upon the package's arrival. Our Company has no control over these charges and cannot provide estimates of their amount. Users are strongly advised to contact their local customs authority or postal service for detailed information regarding potential fees prior to placing an order.

Once a package arrives in the destination country, it is the User's exclusive responsibility to actively monitor the provided tracking information and to coordinate with their local postal service or courier to facilitate successful delivery or collection. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, responding to any delivery notices, providing additional information requested by customs authorities or the carrier, and collecting the package from a local post office or designated depot within the carrier's specified holding period.

Should a delivery attempt be made by the local postal service or courier when the User is unavailable to receive the package, a delivery notification card will typically be left at the delivery address, or an electronic notification (e.g. email or SMS) will be sent. It is the User's sole responsibility to promptly follow these instructions to reschedule delivery or arrange for package collection. Packages are generally held at the local post office or depot for a limited duration (e.g. typically 7-14 days), though this period may vary by country and specific carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Our Company offers a 14-day return policy. If the User is not entirely satisfied with their purchase, they must contact our Company within 14 calendar days of receiving their order to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags fully intact.

Return Shipping Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for the safe return of the package until it is received by our Company. We strongly recommend utilizing a registered and traceable shipping service for all returns and retaining all proof of postage to facilitate any necessary claims for damage or loss during transit.

Import Taxes on Returned Goods: Should our Company incur any import taxes or duties on returned items, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the User's refund. To minimize this risk, the User is advised to clearly mark the return package as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Shipping Costs: Both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free Shipping Adjustments: If the original order qualified for free shipping, and a subsequent return causes the remaining order total to fall below the minimum free shipping requirement, the actual shipping cost incurred for the original shipment will be deducted from the User's refund.

Refunds will be credited to the User's account balance unless otherwise specified. Refunds to the original form of payment are available upon request within 180 days of the original transaction date.
