This cat is on the cusp of being overly ambitious for a first project, but the instructions are very clear and even as a complete novice felter, I managed to make it work tolerably well. I'm convinced there wasn't enough white wool (part of that is my awful technique, no doubt, but I used all of the included wool to make the body and it still came out smaller than the instructions said to make it), but for the money, I really can't complain.

These needles were surprisingly strong and I got a lot of work done from them! Hallowinko even threw in a third needle as an extra! As for the foam pad, it is very useful for small needle felting projects! I'm very happy with my purchase!
