The Zebra DelGuard mechanical pencil prevents lead breakage from any angle. A spring retracts the lead under strong vertical pressure, while a metal part encases and protects it from diagonal pressure. These mechanisms automatically adjust to the force and angle applied. It also prevents lead jams with an internal guide, allowing smooth usage even with short leads, ideal for studying or exams.
