Ariel is the seventh and youngest daughter of King Triton and Queen Athena of an underwater kingdom of merfolk called Atlantica. She is an independent, headstrong and determined young mermaid. She always goes singing, daydreaming, and adventuring with her best friend Flounder the guppy fish, and Sebastian the crab. She is the fourth Disney Princess.
